Project Schedule. Significant schedule dates include: <br />? <br /> <br />February 5, 2008 – request for EWEB Board authorization for financing <br />? <br /> <br />February 13, 2008 – review Roosevelt project with council <br />? <br /> <br />February 25, 2008 – request for council authorization for financing <br />? <br /> <br />March/April 2008 – complete URBA financing process <br />? <br /> <br />July 2008 – start construction <br />? <br /> <br />September 2010 – complete construction <br /> <br />Additional EWEB Bond Authorizations. EWEB will also be asking for authorization for two additional <br />bond financings (not related to the Roosevelt Project financing) in the next several months. The first <br />bond financing is to refund Series 1998 Revenue Bonds and 1998A Electric Revenue Bonds totaling $46 <br />million used to refund previously outstanding bonds and to finance acquisition of the Wyoming Wind <br />Project. The purpose of the refinancing is to achieve interest savings on the bonds.
