Commercial as ref1ected in the Metro and Refinement <br />Plans. <br /> <br />OUf application has been deemed complete and our public hearing is <br />scheduled for November 28, 2007. <br /> <br />I ask that you refer to Exhibit E.2 submitted here tonight by Oregon West <br />Management, LLC a copy of which I have provided for you. You will note <br />that the encircled area is our 100 Green Lane property. Our property has <br />therefore been included in the arguments heard here tonight for Metro and <br />Refinement Plan Amendment. It has therefore put us in the position of <br />raising issue in order to allow for any appeals to the Lane Use Board of <br />Appeals depending on your decisions and how they affect our property. <br /> <br />The boxed arrow pointing to our property says "Per recommendation No.3 <br />this area to transition to MDR". <br />
