<br />This reference is gleaned from the written text recommendations found on 2- <br />32 of the River Road/Santa Clara Urban Facilities Plan, a copy of which I <br />have provided for you. <br /> <br />Please note the actual text refers to a line projected south from the east <br />boundary of the Santa Clara Elementary School Property and as seen clearly <br />on the black and white version of the map the line is not a straight line south <br />but one that stair steps southward including our property in the <br />GO/Commercial designation. The colored map on page 2-32 also reflects <br />this. <br /> <br />We ask that you refer to written text recOlnmendation #4 left out of Oregon <br />West Management's application materials that states: <br />"Rezone parcels nOlih of Santa Clara Square and south of Green Lane for <br />professional office use."
