Wilson, P.E., ODOT Senior Traffic Analyst <br />After reviewing the comments presented by ODOT Region Traffic, I respectfully offer the following <br />summary of revisions: <br /> <br />1. The gro\\'th rate ha.<:; been adjusted as requested. <br />2. The existing designation assumptions have been modified as requested. <br />3. TI1e proposed designation assumptions have been confirmed and slightly adjusted. <br />4. Trip distribution assumptions have been confim1ed. <br />5. HCM2000 methodology has been applied. <br />6. 'No-build', 'existing zoning build" and 'proposed zoning build' scenarios have been evaluated <br />under the year 2007. <br />7. Division 60 Cliteria have been reevaluated based on the revised analysis. <br />8. The conclusions have been updated based on the revised analysis. <br />9.
