<br /> <br />ATTACHMENT E <br /> <br />Mr. McCown, seconded by Mr. Carroll, moved to recommend approval of <br />Amendment 8—Stormwater Destination: Encourage On-Site Infiltration <br />as a Preferred Approach and Restrict Fill and Disturbance of Drainage <br />Ways, with the removal of 9.6790(6)(c) from the proposed language. <br /> <br />The motion passed 5:2, with Commissioners Beierle, McCown, Lawless, <br />Carroll and Kneeland voting in favor and Commissioners Hledik and <br />Duncan voting in opposition. <br /> <br />Mr. Duncan, seconded by Mr. McCown, moved to recommend approval of <br />Amendment 11—Add Definition of Alley Access Only Lot/Parcel and <br />Clarify Existing Prohibition, as amended by Mr. Carroll, to include <br />language regarding alley access being optional where abutting street was <br />not an arterials or collector. Ms. Beierle offered a friendly amendment that <br />Amendment 11 be forwarded to the Access Management Study for further <br />analysis. Mr. Duncan and Mr. McCown accepted the friendly amendment. <br />The motion passed 6:1, with Commissioners Beierle, Duncan, Hledik, <br />Kneeland, Lawless and McCown voting in favor, and Commissioner <br />Carroll voting in opposition. <br /> <br />Mr. Duncan, seconded by Mr. Carroll, moved to recommend approval of <br />Amendment 17—Add Definition of Residential Character. The motion <br />passed unanimously, 7:0. <br /> <br />Mr. McCown, seconded by Mr. Duncan, moved to recommend approval of <br />Amendment 1—Allowances for Dogs in Residential and Commercial <br />Zones/Definition of Kennel, with an allowance for the temporary keeping <br />of dogs. The motion passed unanimously, 7:0. <br /> <br />Mr. Hledik, seconded by Mr. Duncan, moved to recommend approval of <br />Amendment 2—Fence Heights for Corner/Double Frontage Lots in <br />MINUTES—Eugene Planning Commission June 2, 2008 Page 3 <br /> <br />
