APPENDIX N <br /> <br />Summary of Local Coordination <br /> <br />The City of Eugene has a history of strong intergovernmental cooperation. Local <br />coordination will be provided through the City of Eugene's Planning & Development <br />Department and its Zone Manager. The Planning & Development Department currently <br />oversees and coordinates various land use and regulatory issues. The City of Eugene is <br />an active partner with other key stakeholders including Lane County, Lane Council of <br />Governments, the Lane Metro Partnership, Chamber of Commerce, and the State of <br />Oregon. In addition, the Eugene Planning & Development Department has an active <br />Neighborhoods program which serves as a forum to provide information, and discuss and <br />resolve issues. <br /> <br /> <br />
