7. A statement that all leaseholders will be bound by the terms of the approved TDM <br />Program. <br /> <br /> 8. The signature of the person submitting the proposed TDM Program. <br /> <br />R-9.8030(10)-D Annual Reports. If an adjustment to the off-street parking space provisions <br />is made to allow a reduction in the number of required parking spaces, an annual report must be <br />submitted to the City by which the TDM Program's effectiveness can be measured. The annual <br />report must by submitted on the Transportation Demand Management Program Annual Report form, <br />a copy of which is attached to th~s Rule as Exhibit B. <br /> <br />R-9.8030(10)oE Acceptable TDM Measures. <br /> <br /> 1. Subsidies for Alternative Commute Modes Users. Subsidies for those traveling by <br />any mode other than a single occupant vehicle, including all forms ofndesharing as well as public <br />transit, bicycling, and walking. <br /> <br /> 1.1 Provide a form of subsidy to the employee that can include, but is not limited <br /> to, cash reimbursement, vacation time, compensatory time, or other non-cash incentives. <br /> <br /> 1.2 Specify the benefit being offered, and that the benefit shall be offered to all <br /> employees who use alternative commute modes. Subsidymust be great enough to effectively <br /> reduce reliance on the single occupant vehicle (SOV). <br /> <br /> 2. Subsidized or Group Transit Pass Program. A program for subsidizing a transit pass <br /> for an amount not less than fifty percent of the value of a monthly pass. <br /> <br /> 2.1 All employees shall have the ability to purchase monthly bus passes either <br /> through payroll deductions or over-the-counter sales. Subsidized transit passes shall be <br /> provided to all employees at the same percent of subsidy. <br /> <br /> 2.2 Contact the Lane Transit District and develop a program. <br /> <br /> 2.3 Post and distribute all materials provided by Lane Transit District. <br /> <br /> 3. Sponsor Vanpool Program. A program for six or more people commuting to and <br /> from work in a vehicle that is subsidized by the employer. <br /> <br /> 3.1 Purchase, lease, or otherwise subsidize the capital and/or operating cost of one <br /> or more vanpools used by the future employees of the development. <br /> <br /> 3.2 Specify the type and level ofvanpool assistance to be provided throughout the <br /> duration of the program, the number of vans to be subsidized, or dollar amount per <br /> <br /> Administrative Order - 3 <br /> J \e ma~n\00090\151a\00107080 WPD <br /> <br /> <br />
