6.2 Specify the percentage of full-time employees who will be able to participate <br /> in this program, and the period of time which this program will be in effect. <br /> <br /> 7. Flextime. A work hour management strategy that allows the employee to adjust work <br />hours outside of the applicant's established start and stop time. Flextime shall be done to better <br />facilitate the use of transit, carpool/ndematch, bicycling, and walking at non-peak hours, or to allow <br />dispersal of arrival and departure times at the business. <br /> <br /> 7.1 Arrivals and departures can typically vary from a fifteen-minute to two-hour <br /> difference from normal shift time or adjacent-street peak traffic periods. <br /> <br /> 7.2 Specify the percentage of full-time employees who will be eligible to <br /> incorporate flextime into their schedule. <br /> <br /> 8. Ridematching Program. A system used to bring people together in a rideshare <br />arrangement, An effective approach to ridematching is to combine in-house services with those of <br />a regional ridematching/ridesharing agency. In-house ridematching can be performed by matching <br />employees on the basis of their home zip codes and/or work schedules. Company newsletters and <br />ridematching bulletin boards are effective means to facilitate in-house ridematching. <br /> <br /> 8.1 Either develop a ridematching program in-house with assistance from C~ty <br /> or Lane Transit District or join the regional ridematching pool managed by Lane Transit <br /> District. <br /> <br /> 8.2 Post and distribute all materials pertinent to the ridematching program <br /> including those provided by Lane Transit District. <br /> <br /> 9. Charge for Employee Parking. Monthly parking fees imposed for all of the <br /> employees of the development whose primary commute method will be the single occupant vehicle. <br /> <br /> 9.1 A minimum fifty percent discount must be given for carpool/vanpool parking <br /> spaces or permits. <br /> <br /> 9.2 Specify the amount of parking fees to be imposed. These fees must be <br /> consistent with nearby parking rates. <br /> <br /> 10. On-Site Transit Pass Sales. The option for all employees to purchase transit passes <br /> on-site. <br /> <br /> 10.1 Contact Lane Transit District to develop a program. <br /> <br /> 10.2 Passes and tokens may not be sold for an amount higher than the price <br /> established by Lane Transit District.
