agriculture.for the m~dtiple forest uses of commercial timber management; <br /> watershed protection; wildlife, fisheries, and livestock habitat; and recreation, as <br /> per Goal 4 <br /> <br /> Forest land shall include lands which are suitable for commercial forest uses <br /> including adjacent or nearby lands which are necessary to permit forest operations <br /> or practices and other forested lands that maintain soil, air, water, and fish and <br /> wildlife resources. <br /> <br /> b. Forest lands will be separated into two zoning categories, Non-impacted and <br /> Impacted, and these categories shall be defined and mapped by the general <br /> characteristics specified in the Non-impacted Forest Land (F~ 1/RCP) and <br /> Impacted Forest Land (F-2/RCP) zones general characteristics. <br /> <br />I c. On Nonimpacted Forest Lands or lands adjacent to Nonimpacted Forest Lands, <br /> limit nonforest uses. <br /> <br /> Forest lands that satisfy the requirements of ORS 197.247 (1991 Edition), may be <br /> designated as Mar~nal Lands. Uses and land divisions allowed on Marginal <br /> Lands shall be those allowed by ORS 197.247 (1991 Edition). <br /> <br />[ d. On Impacted Forest Lands, limit nonforest uses. <br /> <br /> Forest operations, practices and auxiliary uses shall be allowed on forest lands and <br /> shall be subject only to such remalation of uses as are found in the Oregon Forest <br /> Practices Act, ORS 527.722. <br /> <br /> e. Prohibit residences on F-1/RCP zone lands except for the maintenance~_r.re_t2~ or <br /> replacement of existing residences, or except for a residence on a lot of record. A <br /> lot of record shall be defined consistently with Sections 9 to 12, Chapter 88~1, <br /> Oregon Laws 1983. <br /> <br /> f. Residences shall be conditionally permitted on hnpacted Forest Lands if they are <br /> necessary and accessory to farm or forest uses, or if they are in conjunction with <br /> the propagation or harvesting of a forest product on a tract managed as part of a <br /> wood lot meeting the acreage minimum standards of forest policy 1 below, or if <br /> they are on a legal lot and if impacts upon adjacent and/or nearby fanu and forest <br /> lands are limited. <br /> <br /> Dwellings shall be allowed in the F-2/RCP zo~ning_district as provided in Lane <br /> Code 16.211. <br /> <br /> g.
