Ms. Piercy expressed that the redesigned home page appeared to be “much more lively” than before. <br />Ms. Medary, responding to a question from Mr. Clark, noted that the City planned to discontinue its use of the <br />portal website platform by the end of 2011, and that staff planned to work on an RFP to investigate the use of <br />different website service providers. <br />Mr. Clark commented that the City’s technological needs with respect to its website might change dramatically <br />by the end of 2011.
