~ .68 <br /> <br />Section 4. That the work on said improvement shall commence within ten <br />days after the letting of the contract and shall be completed within thirty days <br />thereafter. <br />Section 5. The bidder receiving the contract for said improvement shall <br />execute a good and sufficient bond with one or more sureties to be approved by <br />the. Street Cornrnittee in the sure of eighty per cent (800) of the contract price, <br />for the faithful performance of the contract. <br />Section 6. Each person, firm, company or corporation bidding upon said <br />improvement shall accompany his bid with a certified check in the sum of 5 per <br />cent of the amount bid as evidence of good faith and to"guarantee the entering <br />into a contract in accordance with the bid subrriitted by hirn and the execution <br />of the bond herein provided for. <br />Section 7.
