~ ~ s ~ ~ .~_ ~"h ~ ~ ORDINAI~TCE RTO. 8743 An Ordinance adopting the plans and specifications of tale City Engineer for the construction of a sewer, as follows: In the extension of Longview Street from Fairmount Boulevard, to the property hereinafter described, in the City of Eugene, Oregon and declaring an emergency. ::HEREAS, on the 11th dayof Nay, 1942, the Common Council of the City of Eugene passed Ordinance No. 8742 for the construction of a sev°~er as described and set forth in the caption hereof, and l:'HEREAS, Section 3 of said Ordinance directed the City Engineer to make plans and specifications for the caistruction of said sever and file the same with the City Recorder, and ~~HEREAS, in accordance with such instructions the City Engineer has prepared said plans and specifications and filed the same with the City Recorder of said City of Eugene on the 11th day oz I~ay, 1942, and the Common Council of the City of Eugene having examined and approved the same, and being duly advised in the premises, THE CITY OF EUGEI~TE DOES ORDAIN AS r OLLOG3rS Section 1. That the plans a~.d specifications of the City Engineer for the construction of a sewer to be laid in t:1e exten- lion of Longview Street frog+3 Fairmount Boulevard to the i ollo`ving described property, to-wit: L. K. Shumaker. Beginning in North line of Hendrick's Park 78.7 feet South 68°l0' East of Nort~.west corner of Lot ll, Block 28, Fairmount thence I~torth 21 50' East 108 feet; South 77°15' East 50.3 feet; South 21°50' ~~dest 116 feet to said park line and thence North 68010' ~~'est to beginning.
