211 OP.DINANCE iv0. 8760 7 f An Ordinance vacating the following described area, to-wit: Beginning at the intersection of the easterly line of Fairmount ~ Boulevard and the northerly line of Ramble Avenue, as laid out 1 and platted in the City of Eugene, running thence easterly along the north line of said Ramble Avenue to the east line of Ramble Addition; thence South 12.65 feet; thence westerly 12.5 feet distance from and parallel to the north line of said liamble Ave., to the easterly line of Fairmount Blvd., thence northeasterly along the easterly line of Fairmount Boulevard to the place ~1 of beginning. Beginning at the intersection of the easterly line of Fairmount Boulevard and the Southerly line of ~~ambe Ave. as laid out and platted in the City of l*,ugene, running thence easterly along the ' southerly line of said liamble Avenue 173.6 feet; thence north- f westerly 30 feet to a point 12.5 feet measured at right angles to the southerly line of Ramble Avenue; thence westerly 12.5 feet - ~ from and parallel to the south line of Ramble Avenue to the east- erly line of Fairmount :Blvd., thence southwesterly along the I easterly line of la'airmount Llvd. to the place of beginning.
