That the survey, plat and report of the City Engineer upon <br />the proposed opening and establishment of Fillmore Street from the alley south <br />of Sixth Avenue west to Seventh Avenue west in Eugene, Oregon, made and filed <br />by him with the City Recorder on November 6, 1943, pursuant to the resolution <br />of the Common Council of the City, passed on October 25, 1943, is deemed <br />satisfactory and is hereby adopted as so made in the words and figures following, <br />to-wit: <br />TO THE HONORABLE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF <br />Thy CITY OF EUGENE, OREGON. <br />GENTLEMEN <br />Pursuant to the resolution of October 25, 1943 I herewith submit a rep <br />of the survey for the opening of Fillmore Street from the alley south of 6th <br />avenue west to 7th avenue west in Eugene, Oregon. I have made a survey of the <br />proposed opening and have marked the boundaries thereof. <br />This report contains: <br />First: A f ull and complete description of such street and boundaries <br />thereof, and of the portion of each tract of land to~be appropriated therefor. <br />Second. A plat showing the proposed opening together with adjacent <br />property. <br />Third. The present owners of adjacent property which may be bene- <br />fited by such opening. <br />Approved by Eugene Planning Respectfully submitted, <br />Commission: <br />Robert W. Calkins <br />Secretary <br />Filed with the City Recorder November 6th, 1943. <br />John Fields (City Recorder Pro Tem) <br />DESCRIPTION OF LtiND TO BE TARN FOR THE OPENING OF FILLMORE STREET <br />FR011~1 THE ALLEY SOUTH OF SIXTH AVENUE WEST TO SEVENTH AVENUE WEST. <br />Patrick C. Collins- <br />Beginning at a point in the south line of the alley and the east line <br />of Fillmore street in block 1, Grand Prairie Addition to Eugene, Lane County, <br />Oregon; and running thence west along said alley line 33.0 feet, thence south <br />along the center line of said Fillmore Street, if extended, 80.0 feet, thence <br />west 33.0 feet, thence south along the west line of said Fillmore Street, if <br />extended 82.24 feet to the north line of Seventh Avenue west, thence east along <br />the north line of seventh avenue west 66.0 feet; and thence north 162.27 feet <br />to the place of beginning. <br />
