<br />,An Ordinanoe adopting the survey, plat and report of the City Engineer as to the
<br />proposed opening of the alley between Seventh Avenue and Eighth Avenue West from West ~-
<br />line of Hallock Addition to Garfield Street, Eugene, Oregon.
<br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
<br />3eation 1. That the survey, plat and report of the City Engineer upon the pro-
<br />posed opening of the alley between Seventh Avenue and Psighth Avenue west from West line
<br />of Hallock Addition to Garfield street, Eugene, Oregon, made and filed by him with the
<br />City Recorder on June 8, 19165, pursuant to the resolution of the Common Council of the
<br />City, passed on February 12, 19165, is deemed statisfactory and is hereby adopted as so
<br />made in the words. and figures following, to-wit:
