That rz1l pens, hutches, corrals, chicken coops and other <br />enclosures in vrhich any of the foregoing creatures are kept must be maintained a <br />j distance of at le ast 150 feet from any inhabited dwelling, and must be kept <br />clean and wholesome and free from offensive odors. <br />j Section 7. Such license shall be revocable, if at any time, for good <br />cause and upon complaint, the Oity Health Officer shall make application to have <br />I <br />~ it revoked. Such license shall be revoked only after hearing before the Common <br />Council. <br />Section 8. County Fair Grounds when used for Fair purposes are hereby <br />excepted from the provisions of this ordinance. <br />f <br />j Section 9. .Any person, firm, company or corporation violating any of <br />1 the provisions of this ordinance shall be subject, upon conviction thereof, in <br />the P.4unicipal Court, to a finZ of not mere than X200.00 and costs of the proceedin g, <br />f <br />and in default of pa,rment of such fine, shall be confined in the City Jail for one <br />day for each dollar of the <br />Section 10.
