THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS ALLOWS; Section 1. That the survey, plat and report of the City Engineer upon the proposed opening and establishment of Tyler Street between Twelfth Avenue West and Fourteenth Avenue West in Eugene, Oregon, made and filed by him with the City Recorder on April 8, lgi~6, pursuant to the resolution of the Corunon Council of the City, passed on April 8, 19I~6, is deemed satisfactory and is hereby adopted as so made in the words and figures following, to-r'xits TO THE HONORABLE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, OREGON GENTLEMEN: Pursuant to the resolution of April 8, 1gL~6, I herewith submit a report of the survey for the opening of Tyler Street, between Twelfth Avenue West and Fourteenth Avenue West, in ~Ugene, Oregon. I have made a survey of the proposed opening and have marked the boundries thereof. This report contains Firsts A full and complete description of such street and boundaries thereof, and of the portion of each tract of land to be appropriated therefor. Second; A Plat sheaving the proposed opening together with adjacent property. Third; The present owners of adjacent property which may be benefitted by ,such opening.
