<br />Eugene and each possessing the qualifications of 3urors of the Circuit Court of Lane
<br />County, Oregon, are appointed as viewers to view such proposed street and make an
<br />assessment of the damages and benefits as provided in Section 14 of Chapter g2 of the

<br />for at least ten days successively prior to the said day assigned for said viewers to
<br />meet in a newspaper published in the City of Eugene, giving the names of and the time
<br />and plane appointed for them to meet and specifying with convenient certainty the
<br />boundaries, termini or other desoription of the said proposed street, and the boundaries
<br />or other description of the parcels of private property to be appropriated for said
<br />purpose.
<br />Seotion 5. That the City Recorder is direoted to send by mail postpaid, a
<br />copy of each motive to each of the property owners whose property is proposed to be
<br />appropriated or to the agent of such owner where the postoffice address of such owner
<br />or agent is known to him, and if such postoffice address be unknown to him, then
<br />such notice shall be directed to such owners or agent at Eugene, Oregon, as provided
