The Coaunon Council of the City of Eugene does <br />hereby deolare its intention to build and construct sanitary sewers as <br />follows s <br />Van Buren Street - Lewis to Clark A'irenues <br />Jaokson Street - Sycamore to Clark Avcnue <br />Cedar Street -Cheshire to. Clark Avenue <br />Adams Street - Lewis to dark Avenue <br />.Ash Street - Lewis to Clark Avenue <br />Cheshire Avenue - Jaokson to Adams Street <br />Clark Avenue - Jaokson to .dams Street <br />First Avonue - Jackson to Adams Street <br />Cheshire Avenue - Van Buren to Jaokson Street <br />in the City of Eugene, Oregon. <br />Section 2. The said sewer shall be oonstructed of first <br />class cement or vitrified pipe, according to the plans and specifications <br />of the City Fagineer. <br />Section 3. The City Engineer is hereby directed to survey out <br />the location oP said sewer, ,and prepare plans and specifications and a <br />profile thereof, and file the steno vrith the City Recorder. <br />Section 1.~. The construotion of said sewer shall include all <br />necessary manholes, wyes, and all things necessary and convenient for the <br />complete building thereof. <br />
