NO 8900 <br />An Ordinance adopting the plans and specifications 'of the City <br />Engineer for the construction of sewers as follows; , <br />Van Buren Street - Lewis to Clark Street <br />Jackson Street - Sycamore to Clark Avenue <br />Cedar Street - Cheshire to Clark Avenue <br />Adams Strest - Lewis to Clark ?venue <br />Ash Street - Lewis to Clark Avenue <br />Cheshire Avenue - Jackson to Adams Street <br />Clark Avenue - Jackson to Adams Street <br />First Avenue - Jackson to Adams Street <br />Cheshire .Avenue - Van Buren to Jaokson Street <br />all in Riverwood addition to the City of Eugene, Oregon; and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />WHEREAS, on the 13th day of May, 1916, the Common :Council of the <br />City of Eugene passed Ordinance No 8899 for the construction of sewers <br />as described and set forth in the caption hereof, and <br />Wh~EREAS, Seaticn 3 of said Ordinance directed the City Engineer to <br />make plans and specifications for the construction of said suers and file <br />the same with the City Recorder, and <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with such instructions the City Engineer has; <br />prepared said plans and specifications and filed the same with the City <br />Recorder of said City of Eugene on the 13th day of May, 191~b, and the <br />Connnon Council of the City of Eugene having examined and approved the same, <br />and being duly advised in the premises, <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIIu AS FOLLOWS; <br />Section 1. That the plans and specifications of the City Engineer <br />for the construction of sewers to be laid as follows <br />Van Buren Street - Lewis to Clark Avenue <br />Jaokson Street - Sycamore to Clark Avenue <br />Cedar Street -- Cheshire to Clark $venue <br />Adams Strest - Lewis to Clark Avenue <br />Ash Street - Lewis to Clark Avenue <br />Cheshire Avenue - Jackson to Adams Street <br />Clark Avenue - Jackson to Adams Street <br />First Avenue - Jackson to Adams Street <br />Cheshire Avenue - Van Buren to Jackson Strest <br />being eight inch to ten inch sewers serving the property herein, all in the <br />City of Eugene, Oregon; filed with the City Recorder on the lath day of May, <br />1916, be and the same are in all things ratified, approved and adopted, and <br />that said sewers be constructed in accordance therewith. <br />Section 2. That the City Recorder be and he is hereby. instructed to <br />give notice to can tractors and to property owners as provided by the Chester <br />
