4 '7 3 <br />Section 5. the applicant shall furnish a photograph of himself which shall <br />be attached to the permit to operate and thera shall be inscribed on the permit the <br />applicantts name and the expiration of his license and such permit shall be promin- <br />ently displayed in the car driven by the operator while on duty. <br />Section 6. Any porson, firm, company or corporation violating any of the <br />provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction in the Municipal Court be subject- <br />to a fine of not less than X5.00 nor more than X50.00, and in case of failure to pay <br />such fine shall be imprisoned in the Oity jail one day for each X2.00 of such fine, <br />Yand provided further, that in the discretion of the Municipal Judge such offender <br />shall have his or its license or permit revoked, either for a term or permanently. <br />Passed by the Com~r-on Council <br />this 13th day of May, 1g1.4.b. <br />~s~ John Fields <br />City corder <br />Approved by the Mayor this <br />1l~th day of May, 1916 <br />/s~ Earl L.
