481 <br />ORDINANCE N0. $912 <br />An Ordinance adopting the survey, plat and report of the City Engineer <br />as to the proposed opening of Tyler Street between Twelfth Avenue West and <br />Fourteenth Avenue West in Eugene, Oregon. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the survey, plat and report of the City Engineer upon the <br />proposed opening and establishment of Tyler Street between Twelfth Avenue West and <br />Fourteenth Avenue West in Eugene, Oregon, made and filed by him with the City <br />Recorder on April 8, 19l~6, pursuant to the resolution_~of the Common Council of the <br />City, passed on April 8, 191}6, is deemed satisfactory and is hereby adopted as so <br />made in the words and figures following, to-wit: <br />GENTLEMEN: <br />TO THE HONORABLE A~AYOR AND COMPAON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, OREGON <br />Pursuant to the resolution of April 8, 191x.6, I herewith submit a report <br />of the survey for the opening of Tyler ";,rest, between Twelfth Avenue West and <br />Fourteenth Avenue Vlest, in Eugene, Oregon. I have made a survey of the proposed <br />opening and have marked the boundaries thereof. <br />This report contains; <br />First; A full and complete description of such street and boundaries <br />thereof, and of the portion of each tract of land to be appropriated therefor. <br />property. <br />Second: A plat sho•~ving the proposed opening together with adjacent <br />Third: The present owners of adjacent property which may be berofitted <br />by such opening. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />(Signed) W.
