Duplication. <br />Section 3. That Wm. R. Robertson, James R. Rodman, Sr., and F. M. Cashman <br />three disinterested free--holders of the City of Eugene and-each possessing the qualifi- <br />cations of jurors of the Circuit Court of Lane County, Oregon, are appointed as viewers <br />to view such proposed street and make an assessment of the damages and benefits as <br />r~rovided in Section ~ of Chapter 9`z of the Charter of the City of Eugene. <br />Section 1~. That said viewers are directed to meet on the 21a.th day of June, <br />i <br />i <br />i <br />i <br />i <br />1g1.~6, at 9:30 o~elock in the Council Chambers of the City Hall in the City of Eugene, and <br />the City ~tecorder is directed to cause a notice to property owners by publication for at <br />~,~ <br />least ten days successively prior to the spy day assigned for said viewers to meet in <br />a newspaper published in tiie City of Eugene, giving the names of and the time and place <br />appointed for them to meet and specify with convenient certainty the boundaries, <br />termini or other description of the said proposed street, and the boundaries or other <br />description of the parcels of private prcperty to be appropriated for said purpose. <br />Section 5. That the :City Recorder is directed to send by mail postpaid, a <br />copy of each notice to each of the property owners. whose property is proposed to be <br />appropriated or to the agent of such ovrner where the postoffice address ofsuch otRmer or <br />agent is knov+n to him, and if' such postoffice address be unlrnovm to him, then such notice <br />shall be directed to such owner or agent at Eugene, Oregon, as provided in Section 3 of <br />Chapter 9 of the Charter of the City of Eugene. <br />Section 6.
