All of this is why I along with a lotof other people were asking to suspend the South Willamette <br />Special Area Zone adoption process, and have a neighborhood driven refinement plan, to do <br />further study with all stakeholders, with actual neighbors who live in an near the SW-SAZ <br />included in a planning. These neighbors should live in or within 500 feet of the zone, not just be <br />members of neighborhood associations that go to Chambers to the west, Agate Street to the <br />east, or the urbangrowth boundary to the south.
