5~6 <br />of the State of Oregon, reserving, hotirever, unto the City of Eugene and any of its <br />agencies, the perpetual right to maintain any public utility or structures novr or <br />hereafter located upon and within the area vacated, and to lay down and construct <br />at any time the City of Eugene or any of its agencies shall deem necessary or con- <br />venient, any public utilit3T within said area, and reserving the right to enter upon <br />said vacated area for the purposes aforesaid. <br />Section !~. The Recorder be and he is hereby directed to file a <br />certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Lane County, Oregon, together <br />with a map or plat of said property and that a certified copy of this ordinance <br />shall be filed with the County Assessor, arda~ther certified copy of this ordinance <br />shall be filed with the County Surveyor. <br />Approved by the P+Iayor this <br />lath day of January, 19l~7. <br />Passed by the Common Cauncil <br />this 13th day of January, 1917. <br />/s/ Earl L.
