6~)5 <br />(f) No dealer in deadly ~,ueapons shall sell or dispose of any pistol or revolver <br />or weapon of similar nature without keeping a legible record thereof, ~~hich <br />shall be available to any city police officer. Such record shall give a <br />complete description of the weapon, showing caliber, serial number, name of <br />manufacturer, name, age, height, weight, color of hair and eyes, visible <br />marks or scars and address of person to whom sold, and date of sale. <br />Section 5. VIOLATIONS: Any person violating any of the provisions of this <br />Ordinance shall, upon convicition thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding X200.00, <br />or by imprisonment in the City jail for a period not exceeding six months, or by both <br />such fine and imprisonment. In the event that a provision of this ordinance is <br />violated by a firm or corporation, the officer or officers or person or persons <br />r.psponsibie for the violation shall. be subject to the penalty-herein provided. <br />Approved by the Mayor this <br />12th day of August, 194. <br />,Ls~ Earl L.
