~6 Section 5. The tax_ imposed by this ordinance shall be deemed to be held in trust by the licensee until the same shag have been paid to the City Recorder as hereinafter pro- vided. Section 6. Any licensees failing to promptly account and remit to the City Recorder the license charge herein provided, shall be personally liable to the City for said funds,, I i and in addition thereto shall be deemed guilty of a violation of this ordinance. j Secti on 7. Provided, however, that no other or further license charge shall be imposed upon I any licensee hereunder. Section &. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, and particularly Ordinance #860 and Ordinance #g51g are hereby repealed. Section a. Any person, firm, association or corporation violating any of the provis- ions of this ordinance, either of omission or commission, shall upon conviction thereof before the municipal court, be subject to a fine of not to exceed X200.00 and upon default of payment, may be imprisoned in the city jail for one day for each $2.00 of the fine un- paid; Such conviction shall automatically revoke the license of such person, firm, asso- ciation or corporation, to be reinstated. only by affirmative action by the Council.
