'~9 <br />bond shall be filed vrith the City Recorder in the sum of X7250.00. Said surety bond <br />shall first be approved by the City Attorney as to the form and legality thereof, and <br />be clear that the person, firm or corporation named therein will compl~* with the pro- <br />visions of all ordinances of the City of Eugene, and the laws, rules and regulations of <br />the Oregon Mate Board of health applicable in the City of Eugene. <br />Section 10. Any person found guilty of v~.olating any one of the provisions of this <br />ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not more than $p100.00. <br />Section 11. Inasmuch as the provisions of this ordinance are such as to affect <br />1 <br />the peace, health, safety and general welfare of the inhabitants of the City of Eugene, <br />Oregon, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and the provisions of the Ordinance <br />shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage by the Common Council <br />and approval by the Mayor. <br />Passed by the common Council <br />this 22nd day of Prlarch, 19i~8. <br />Approved by the mayor tiZis <br />23rd day of March, 1918. <br />/s/ Henry ~'.
