'~9 <br />bond shall be filed vrith the City Recorder in the sum of X7250.00. Said surety bond <br />shall first be approved by the City Attorney as to the form and legality thereof, and <br />be clear that the person, firm or corporation named therein will compl~* with the pro- <br />visions of all ordinances of the City of Eugene, and the laws, rules and regulations of <br />the Oregon Mate Board of health applicable in the City of Eugene. <br />Section 10. Any person found guilty of v~.olating any one of the provisions of this <br />ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not more than $p100.00. <br />Section 11.
