145 In Addition to the foregoing, theaters and hotels and certain public buildings are marked on the curb and parking is prohibited where so indicated excepting only for the momentary loading and unloading of passengers or freight, and a1.1 curbs marked yellow are prohibited areas for parking; truck parking marked green; and general parking white. Section 2. All Ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. Section 3.
