Inflammable liquids shall not be handled in open con- <br />tainers and all infl~nmable liquids shall be pumped direct• into all machines, and all mach- <br />ines shall be provided r.2th a s,ystPm of pipes whereby all inflammable liquids can be drained <br />into underground storage system. Inflammable liquids shall be removed from wasting machines, <br />stills and extractors -when machines are not in actual operation. Z'dhen steam is available, <br />there sha7.1 be a steam line not less than one (1) inch in diameter provided for fire-exting- <br />wishing purposes in the washing, drying and distilling rooms with suitable controlling valves <br />arranged on outside of room. There shall also be provided one approved fire extinguisher of <br />not less than two and one-half gallons capacit,,~ for each washing, drying. and distilling room. <br />Section 1105 Part 11 <br />SId0I~I1`1G PROHIBITED. Smoking is hareby prohibited in any vrashing, drying or distilling <br />room, and notices to that effect shall be posted in conspicuous places. <br />Part 17 Section 1702 <br />Part 17 is amended b,y deleting Section 1702 ar:d inserting the following: GARAGES-- <br />DEFINITION.
