Part 9 ~ecti~n 981 Section 981 is amended b-r inserting at the end of the section the following: It shall be unlavrful for the o"^.zer or operator of a public garage, }?~zblic service station, or other public dispensary of flammable liquids (wi.th a flash point below 25°F. closed cup tester) to permit the deliver;T cr dispensing of such liquids into the fuel tanks of motor vehicles or other containers except by the o~:~ner, operator, or rebular authorized e:;'ployee thereof.
