The a.fox~menti.oned circulars set forth the rejulations for Tank Gar Load- <br />ing and Unloading Facilities. <br />Part 9 ~ecti~n 981 <br />Section 981 is amended b-r inserting at the end of the section the following: It shall <br />be unlavrful for the o"^.zer or operator of a public garage, }?~zblic service station, or other <br />public dispensary of flammable liquids (wi.th a flash point below 25°F. closed cup tester) to <br />permit the deliver;T cr dispensing of such liquids into the fuel tanks of motor vehicles or <br />other containers except by the o~:~ner, operator, or rebular authorized e:;'ployee thereof. <br />Part 9 Section 986 <br />Section 936 is amended by deleting the eighth (f3th) paragraph which starts with the <br />words ~~ Tanks used for Class I liquids .... ~' <br />Part 11 Section _1.101 <br />Part lI is amended by deleting the entire part a.nd inserting the folloti^ring: SALE ATdD <br />USE OF iRY CLF~TIING LI~~UIDS . Definition and Permit required. Dry cleaning shall be kno~~m <br />as the art, act or process of cleaning or renovating wearing or other app~.rel, clothes and <br />other fabrics or textiles, where inflammable liduid is used, or cleaning of anything with <br />flammable liquids. T1o person shall perform any dry cleaning vrhether of a commercial or <br />private nature, using more than one gallon of. flammable liqui d without obtaining a permit.: <br />Part 11 erection 1102 <br />CUndSTRUCTI0P1 OF DRY C?EF:ATING P.OCTaS. B1o dry cleaning, as herein defined, shall hereafter <br />be done for hire v~rithin tY:e City of Lut;ene, except in a separato building or section thereof, <br />cut off by a fire v~rall constructed of brick stone, concrete or other fire-resisting material, <br />any opening; in w}li ch sha.ll be protected b~- wire glass and metal sash, standard fire doers, <br />~ curtains or shutters. .Such building or section shall be not over one story and shall not <br />exceed sixteen (1G) feet in height and constructed of masonry. 'der=; shall be no basement <br />or open space beneath the floor. All doors shall have raised sills at least six inches <br />above the highest point on the floor . All v~rindows, doors or other openings abutting on ad- <br />jacent property, a street, alley or court of lvidth less than thirty (30) feet, stall be <br />provided with wire glass and metal sash and approved fire doors, curtains or shutters .
