Secti on 3, That the follotiling described area, to-wit: All of the following described part of the twenty f oot (20~) unopened and unnamed drive or street shown on the map of Agate Plat as a tvrenty foot (20~) roadway runn- -. ing in a southwesterly direction from Agate Avenue, to-wit: All of that part of said dz•ive or street lying or running West and Southwest of the Dlorthvrest corner of Lot 1, Block 5, Agate Plat, (it being understood that the area to be vacated would run vresterly acid souther~lt~ from a line on said drive or street extending from said point North to the IJortherly line of said Drive), intending to cover and include all of said unnamed drive West and Southwest from ~. said point to and inc7_u.ding a point represented by a line extending from the North- west corner of Loth, Block 5, Agate Plat, vrithout affecting any part of Reed Street lying South of said line. ~; be, and the sca~me is hereby vacated and the area so vacated, being a portion of the street ' ~j + or drive, shall revert to the abutting pro~~erty owners pursuant to the statutes of the ~ ~' State of Oregon, reserving, however, unto the City of Eugene arld any of its agencies, f~ i• the perpetual rift to maintain any public utility or structures novr or hereafter I ~ocated• upon and within the area vacated, and to lay dovrn and construct, at any time i ~ the City of Eu;;ene or any of its agencies shall deem necessary or convenient, any public ~, utility within said area, and reserving the right to enter upon said vacated area for the purposes aforesaid. ~ I.
