ATTACHMENT B <br /> <br /> <br /> Section 8 <br />. Subsection (2) of Section 9.2777 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to <br />provide as follows: <br />9.2777 Duplex Division Lot Standards. <br /> <br />(2) Land Division Regulations. <br /> All applicable regulations for the type of land <br />division process being used must be met except where the duplex division lot <br />standards create different requirements. <br />(a) The existing lot must contain at least 8,000 square feet. <br />(b) The resulting lots will be relatively equal in size with the maximum <br />difference equal to 10 percent or less of the total area of the original lot. <br />(c) The \[average\] lot width is at least 40 feet. <br />(d) The minimum lot area is at least 3,600 feet. <br /> <br /> <br /> Section 9 <br />. Subsection (3) (excluding Table 9.3165(3)) of Section 9.3165 of the Eugene <br />Code, 1971, is amended to provide as follows: <br />9.3165 S-DR Downtown Riverfront Special Area Zone Parking Requirements. <br />(3) Bicycle Parking <br />.
