Subsection (1) of Section 9.2600 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended to <br />provide as follows: <br />9.2600Purpose of PRO Park, Recreation, and Open Space Zone. <br /> The Park, <br />Recreation, and Open Space Zone (PRO) is intended to accomplish all of the <br />following: <br />(1) <br /> Implement the Metro Plan \[, Eugene Parks and Recreation Plan,\] and other <br />applicable plans by providing areas that will conserve and preserve a variety <br />of parks, recreation areas, and open spaces to maintain livability of the <br /> <br /> <br /> Section 6 <br />. The introductory paragraph of Section 9.2620 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is <br />amended to provide as follows: <br />9.2620 PRO Zone Terms. <br /> The determination of park classification shall be based on \[the <br />Eugene Parks and Recreation Plan or\] <br />absence of a plan, by the city manager.
