That the polls shall be opened in e ach of said tinting ~rards at 8 0' clock <br />a.m., and shall be kept open until 8 o'clock p.m. of sai d Special Fl.ection Day, and that <br />the ballots cast at said Special Election shall be counted, tabulated, and returned to <br />the City Recorder of said City in the manner p rovaded by lair. <br />Section 6. That the City Recorder of said City be, and he is h~~reby directed to give <br />not less than ten day's notice, by publication in the Eugene N,egister-Guard, a newspaper <br />in the said City, of the special=~ electior. above ordered and of the measures to be voted <br />upon at such special electior, which notice shall also contain the places designated for <br />holding said special election as in this Ordinance provided, and the said City Recorder <br />be, and he is hereby directed to prepare and cause t n be distr3_buted unto the legal voters <br />of said City, voters' pamphlets concerning said proposed amendment in t he manner provided <br />by lavr. <br />Sect ion 7.
