This transaction recognizes $820,000 in expected revenues from external partners and establishes a like amount of <br />expenditure authority for the Judkins Point project. <br />b. This request moves $159,000 from Balance Available to the Capital budget to cover capital planning expenditures for <br />council requested projects - hospital siting on the EWEB property, Whole Foods & East Broadway Redevelopment, the <br />petition poll to improve Arcadia Street, and planning for improving Edison and Wilkie streets. <br />
