ACTION: <br />Approval of Findings and Recommendations from the Hearings Official and Adoption of an <br />Ordinance Levying Assessments for Improvements Consisting of Paving, Curbs and Gutters, <br />Sidewalks, and Storm Water Drainage System on Debrick Road from Clinton Drive to Valley <br />Butte Drive, and Butte Lane from Clinton Drive to 700 Feet South; and Providing an Immediate <br />Effective Date (Contract 2006-05) (Job #4111) <br /> <br />Councilor Solomon, seconded by Councilor Ortiz, moved to approve the Minutes, Findings <br />and Recommendations of the Hearings Official of April 24, 2006. <br /> <br />Councilor Bettman conveyed her opposition to the motion. She was pleased to see that no members of the <br />public opposed it. She asserted that a large portion of the project would be funded by the City out of the <br />Lane County Road Fund.
