The third site (Site BA) is approximately 2/3 mile beyond the city limits and does not have full urban services. The fourth site (Site IB) is in the process of being acquired by the City of Eugene and the Bureau of Land Management. 6. The accompanying tables do not include those parcels where a change in designation was proposed from one non-developable category to another (e.g., from "protect" to "restore," or from "restore" to "Planned Transportation Corridor"). 7. Two additional wetland sites are proposed to be designated in separate ordinances (Sites H2 and HG).
