Summary of Consistency with Adoption Criteria As shown in the discussion above, the proposed Utility Corridor designations within protected and undesignated wetlands would allow essential maintenance and repairs to existing facilities, and would allow new construction only if stringent criteria are met. The proposal includes provisions for minimizing wetland impacts and requires restoration of all impacts. The discussion above shows that the Planning Commission recommendation is consistent with applicable policies in the Metro Plan and with applicable goals and policies in the West Eugene Wetlands Plan.
