<br />The areas designated for Development and Restoration were affected by these agricultural <br />practices, and therefore meet this criterion. <br /> <br />The area designated for Protection was not plowed in 1986 and retains much more of its <br />natural character than the remainder of the site. Therefore, this area does not meet this <br />criterion. <br /> <br />3. Site is capable of providing adequate wetland hydrology. <br /> <br />The wetlands on this site all have adequate wetland hydrology, primarily from on-site <br />precipitation. All wetland areas of the site meet this criterion. <br /> <br />4. Site does not currently benefit from municipal infrastructure and urban <br />services. <br /> <br />Urban services are available to the entire site, therefore none of the site meets this <br />criterion. <br /> <br />5. Site is either larger than 15 acres or is contiguous with a waterway <br />(stream) designatedfor protection on the Wetland Designations Map <br />(Map 3) of the West Eugene Wetlands Plan. " <br /> <br />The site as a whole, and the areas designated for Development, Restoration and <br />Protection are each greater than 15 acres in size. Therefore the site as a whole and the <br />areas designated for Development, Restoration and Protection all meet this criterion. <br /> <br />D.
