Tax Lots 300 and 400, Assessor's Map 17-04-01 3 3, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, east of Banner Street, south of Wilkes Drive, and west of Poplar Street, as more particularly described on Exhibit I attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Smith, C ED 96-15). That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. J. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1062 dated April 4, 1996, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective May 20, 1996: Tax Lot 1710, Assessor's Map 17-04-02 4 1, located in the Santa Clara region of North Eugene, south of Dean Avenue and east of Scenic Drive, as more particularly described on Exhibit J attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Burri, C ED 96-17). That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. K. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1063 dated April 4, 1996, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)( c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective May 22, 1996: Tax Lot 1200, Assessor's Map 17-04-112 1, located in the Santa Clara region of North Eugene, north of Greenfield Avenue, east of Zinnia Street, and south of Lobelia Avenue, as more particularly described on Exhibit K attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Mulkey, C ED 96-18). That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. L. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1064 dated April 4, 1996, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective May 20, 1996: Tax Lot 100, Assessor's Map 17-04-02 4 4, located in the Santa Clara region of North Eugene, east of Scenic Drive, north of Wilkes Drive, and south of Dean Avenue, as more particularly described on Exhibit L attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
