That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. M. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1066 dated June 6, 1996, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)( c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective July 22, 1996: Tax Lot 502, Assessor's Map 17-04-02 4 3, located in the Santa Clara region of North Eugene, west of River Road and north of Irvington Drive, as more particularly described on Exhibit M attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Browning, C ED 96-29). That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. N. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1067 dated June 6, 1996, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective July 22, 1996: Tax Lot 5004, Assessor's Map 17-04-12 3 0, located in the Santa Clara area of North Eugene, west of Ross Lane and south of Helen Street, as more particularly described on Exhibit N attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. o.
