BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CIlY COUNCIL OF THE CIlY OF EUGENE, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Oregon, as follows: Section 1. The City Council proposes that the territories bounded by the lines running as follows, which have heretofore been annexed to the City of Eugene, shall be withdrawn from the River Road Water District and River Road Parks & Recreation District: Tax Lot 5300, Assessor's Map 17-04-23 1 2, located in the River Road area of North Eugene, west of River Road, east of Lake Drive, and north of Horn Lane, as more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Heller, EC ED 96-10). and Tax Lot 2700, Assessor's Map 17-04-13 3 2, located in the River Road area of North Eugene, west of River Road, east of Evergreen Drive, and south of Rosewood Avenue, as more particularly described on Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Hebel, EC ED 96-24). and Tax Lot 2201, Assessor's Map 17-04-24 3 4, located in the south River Road area of North Eugene, west of River Road, north of Knoop Lane, and east of Mayfair, as more particularly described on Exhibit C attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Bires, EC ED 96-23). and Tax Lot 7802, Assessor's Map 17-04-24 2 1, located in the River Road area of north Eugene, east of River Road, north of Hillcrest Avenue, and south of Loretta Way, as more particularly described on Exhibit D attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Cozy Homes, EC ED 96- 41). and Tax Lots 1000, 1100, and 1200, Assessor's Map 17-04-14 1 4, located in the River Road area of north Eugene, west of River Road, north of Kourt Lane, and south of Beltline Road, as more particularly described on Exhibit E attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
