No. 1072 dated June 6, 1996, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective July 22, 1996: Tax Lot 300, Assessor's Map 17-04-12 3 3, located in the Santa Clara area of north Eugene, north of Green Lane, as more particularly described on Exhibit P attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (VanderHoff, C ED 96-11). That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. Q. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1073 dated June 6, 1996, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was a:rnexed to the City of Eugene, effective July 22, 1996: Tax Lot 1502, Assessor's Map 17-04-02 44, located in the Santa Clara area of north Eugene, north of Wilkes Drive, west of Scenic Drive, and south of Greenwood Street, as more particularly described on Exhibit Q attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Still, C ED 96-37). That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. R. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated April 9, 1996, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective March 13, 1996: Tax Lots 1700 and 1800, Assessor's Map 17-03-34 3 4, located in the Glenwood area, east of Glenwood Boulevard, west of Henderson Street (also known as Seneca Avenue), as more particularly described on Exhibit R attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Gazelle Investments, EC ED 96-11). That property is contained in and is a part of the Glenwood Water District and the Willamalane Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and tha~ the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. s. The City has authority under ORS 199.510 and 222.520 to 222.575 to withdraw the territories from the Districts without referring the withdrawal to the Boundary Commission.
