That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. F. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1079 dated August 1, 1996, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective September 16, 1996: Tax Lots 1300 and 1400, Assessor's Map 17-04-11 2 3, located in the Santa Clara region of North Eugene, south of Bobolink A venue and west of Stark Street, and more particularly described on Exhibit F attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. G. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1080 dated August 1, 1996, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective September 16, 1996: Tax Lot 3702, Assessor's Map 17-04-01 3 3, located in the Santa Clara region of North Eugene, north of Wilkes Drive and south of Dean, and more particularly described on Exhibit G attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. H. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1081 dated August 1, 1996, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective September 16, 1996: Tax Lot 3500, Assessor's Map 17-04-01 3 4, located in the Santa Clara region of North Eugene, along Wilkes Drive, near River Loop No.1, and more particularly described on Exhibit H attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
