I. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1082 dated August 1, 1996, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(I)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective September 16, 1996: Tax Lot 303, Assessor's Map 17-04-02 4 2, located in the Santa Clara region of North Eugene, south of Limerick Avenue, east of Shannon Street, and north of River Loop No.2, and more particularly described on Exhibit I attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Grove, C ED 96-50). That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. J. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1084 dated October 3, 1996, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(I)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective November 18, 1996: Tax Lot 1000, Assessor's Map 17-04-12 2 0, located in the Santa Clara region of North Eugene, north of River Loop No. 1 and west of Baywood, and more particularly described on Exhibit J attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Zazycki, C ED 96- 55). That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. K. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1085 dated October 3, 1996, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective November 18, 1996: Tax lot 1000, Assessor's Map 17-04-1114, located in the Santa Clara area of North Eugene, north of River Loop No.1, and more particularly described on Exhibit K attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Litten, C ED 96-56). That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. L. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1087 dated October 3, 1996, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective November 18, 1996: Resolution - 4
