Tax lot 701, Assessor's Map 17-04-12 3 0, located in the Santa Clara area of north Eugene, north of Hunsaker Lane and west of Ross Lane, and more particularly described on Exhibit L attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Tait/Vinyard, C ED 96-58). That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. M. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1090 dated January 21, 1997, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective January 21, 1997: Tax lot 1200, Assessor's Map 17-04-12 2 0, located in the Santa Clara area of north Eugene, north of River Loop 1 and east of Terra Linda Street, and more particularly described on Exhibit M attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Shapitka, C ED 96- 62). That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. N. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated October 15, 1996, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective October 7, 1996: Tax lot 1200, Assessor's Map 17-04-12 2 0, located in the Glenwood area north of 1-5, east of Henderson Avenue, south of 22nd Street, and more particularly described on Exhibit N attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Pape, et ai, EC ED 96-61). That property is contained in and is a part of the Glenwood Water District and Willamalane Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. o.
