<br />RESOLUTION NO. '15/1 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER <br />PROPOSED WITHDRAWAL OF TERRITORY (CLARENBACH, EC ED 97- <br />25) FROM THE RIVER ROAD WATER DISTRICT AND RIVER ROAD <br />PARK AND RECREATION DISTRICT; AND PROPOSED WITHDRAWAL <br />OF TERRITORIES (STINGRAY, C ED 97-5; CONTEMPORARY, C ED 97- <br />6; HOGAN, C ED 97-7; STINGRAY DEVELOPMENT, INC. (WEST), C ED <br />97-8; AND ALBERT, ET AL, C ED 97-10) FROM THE SANTA CLARA <br />WATER DISTRICT. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />A. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated <br />May 1, 1997, advised that pursuant to. ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described <br />real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective April 14, 1997: <br /> <br />Tax Lot 3200, Assessor's Map 17-04-14 1 4, located in the River <br />Road area of north Eugene, north of Hamilton and south of Kourt, <br />and more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference. (Clarenbach, EC ED 97-25). <br /> <br />That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and the River <br />Road Parks & Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn <br />from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts <br />so withdrawn. <br /> <br />B. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. <br />1096 dated February 6, 1997, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(l)(c), the following <br />described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective April 1, 1997: <br /> <br />Tax lot 2300, Assessor's Map 17-04-11 2 4, located in the Santa <br />Clara area of north Eugene, west of River Road, south of <br />Greenfield A venue, east of Shirley Street, north and south of Dahlia <br />Lane, and more particularly described on Exhibit B attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference. (Stingray, C ED 97-05). <br /> <br />That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City <br />desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume <br />proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. <br /> <br />C.
