Tax lot 1711, Assessor's Map 17-04-02 4 1, located in the Santa Clara area of north Eugene, east of River Road, north of Wilkes Drive, east of Scenic Drive, south of Dean Avenue, and more particularly described on Exhibit C attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Contemporary, C ED 97-06). That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. D. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1098 dated February 6, 1997, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(l)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective April 1, 1997: Tax lot 4900, Assessor's Map 17-04-11 4 1, located in the Santa Clara area of north Eugene, east of River Road, south of Azalea Drive, north of Hunsaker Lane, west of Summer Lane, and more particularly described on Exhibit D attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Hogan, C ED 97-07). That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. E. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1099 dated February 6, 1997, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(l)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective April 1, 1997: Tax lot 3800, Assessor's Map 17-04-03 3 0, located in the Santa Clara area of north Eugene, west of River Road, south of Irvington Drive, east of the Northwest Expressway, north of Irving Road, and more particularly described on Exhibit E attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Stingray Development, Inc., C ED 97-08). That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. F. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1101 dated February 6, 1997, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective April 1, 1997: Tax lot 2000, Assessor's Map 17-04-02 4 1, located in the Santa Clara area of north Eugene, east of River Road, north and west of Resolution - 2
