(Albert, et aI, C ED 97-10). <br /> <br />That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City <br />desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume <br />proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. <br /> <br />G. The City has authority under ORS 199.510 and 222.520 to 222.575 to withdraw <br />the territories from the Districts without referring the withdrawal to the Boundary Commission. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, a <br />Municipal Corporation of the State of Oregon, as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council proposes that the territory bounded by the line running as <br />follows, which has heretofore been annexed to the City of Eugene, shall be withdrawn from the <br />River Road Water District and River Road Parks & Recreation District: <br /> <br />Tax Lot 3200, Assessor's Map 17-04-14 1 4, located in the River <br />Road area of north Eugene, north of Hamilton and south of Kourt, <br />and more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference. The City Council proposes that the territories bounded by the lines running as <br />follows, which have heretofore been annexed to the City of Eugene, shall be withdrawn from the <br />Santa Clara Water District: <br /> <br />Tax lot 2300, Assessor's Map 17-04-11 2 4, located in the Santa <br />Clara area of north Eugene, west of River Road, south of <br />Greenfield Avenue, east of Shirley Street, north and south of Dahlia <br />Lane, and more particularly described on Exhibit B attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference.
